Installation

The ZENE Bricks light kit is made for easy post-build setup. You do not need to take the whole model apart. Just follow the PDF: find the LED spots. Pop out a few bricks, tuck the wires inside, and use the pre-applied adhesive pads to stick the lights. Run the wires along the seams, and you are good to go in minutes.

We started with the rotors, obviously

If you're lighting a Helicarrier, the four rotor hubs aren't optional — they're the whole identity of the ship. So that's where we put the effort. Each hub gets that cold blue energy glow from the films, and when all four are lit in a dark room, the model stops looking like it's parked and starts looking like it's holding altitude. Honestly, we tested a lot of blues before landing on this one. It had to feel like S.H.I.E.L.D. tech, not like a fish tank.

Built for this set, not borrowed from another one

Anyone who's tried sticking generic LED strips onto a complex LEGO build knows how that ends: visible wires, tape peeling off, a battery box ruining the silhouette. We designed this kit around the 76354 frame specifically. The wiring routes through the structure instead of across it, and the power source tucks out of sight, so from any normal viewing angle you see Helicarrier, not electronics. The clean gray bodywork stays clean. That was non-negotiable for us.

Why light this set in particular

Because 76354 isn't just a shape — it's full of zones worth finding. The control tower where Fury runs the show. The runways. The Quinjet frozen mid-launch. The interior rooms hiding under those removable panels. In daylight, your eye wanders across all of it. On a dark shelf, it collapses into one large gray mass and all that detail might as well not exist.

Lighting fixes that. The glow gives your eye somewhere to land, and suddenly the model reads as what it actually is: a flying command center at work. Which fits the source material — in the MCU, this ship is where Loki gets locked up, where the team argues itself apart, and where the Avengers finally become the Avengers. A build carrying that much story deserves better than disappearing at sunset.
